Guilty Pleasure

I love taking pictures even in the world of unreal :)
all pictures were taken by adjusting camera angle while pressing F13/screenshot function using the game interface
I do think there were a lot of beautiful scenery inside World of Warcraft

Stereoscopic Worm's Eye view picture

Had a hard time setting my heavy D90 on my $15 tripod in worm's eye view angle :( guess it's time to upgrade, I had to hand held and took both pictures in the end. Surprisingly, the pictures still merged quite nicely. Here's the website again on how to view the stereoscopic picture in case you haven't seen it/don't know how

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/mjpowell/Stereoscopic/Stereoscopic.htm

after seeing both picture merge, move your head left and right to see it dangled around.

Dacing Light

I didn't paint these myself but had fun trying different shutter speed capturing the random movement & types of my music visualizer as I'm listening to music, it was very interesting to see the end result, as you can see I went out of control :)

I was drawn to the dark natural saturated blue sky, the dark cloud and reflection really added a lot into it showing how quiet and still everything is.

Here are some shots of Kendo(Japanese fencing) armors at a dojo while I was in Charlotte, the wear and tear on the armor show the martial artist's dedication and spirit to Kendo

It was very neat experience to get so close to pelican(?), they look so graceful gliding only few inches away from the sea surface

Was at the SeaWorld watching sea lion show this past weekend, I caught this moment where the trainer and sea lion are looking at each other, this sea lion's expression really shows a strong connection between himself and the trainer.

Zions National Park

At the Zions couple weeks ago and forgot to show this one
I used Photoshop to increase the Saturation a bit to bring out the color
Thanks to Dan for the suggestion.

Good Photography Website

I came to know about this website that teaches you Photography, would like to recommend this to those who may find it useful :)

Light & Hope

This is a very unique looking church built with no supporting beam in the building structure in Taiwan's "Dong-Hai University" . The interior design is just outstanding, as you look toward to the window panel, the wall gets brighter and brighter symbolizing the God is there and there is hope. I took the picture and convert it to black and white and increased the contrast a bit.

Working Bee

Saw this working bee at a garden in Pasadena, she was too busy and didn't even care if my lens was only 2 inches away :)
