I saw this building from a couple of miles away and thought it must have collasped. Being the junk seeker that I am, I had to get a closer look. Turns out that it is being built like this. It's the Brain Institute for alzheimer's. The architect has a strange sense of humor but I must say it is an amazing site! I thought I had seen it all in Las Vegas but this one took me by surprise!
